Kennedy King College will host a Re-Entry Education Summit On Thursday. July 20, 2017. From 10am – 2:00pm. The Summit will include the following workshops; Expungement 101, Education Session, Recorded Sealing and CTA Second Chance Program and Resource Fair.
The Resource Fair will be held from 10am to 2pm in Kennedy King College Great Hall and will showcase services and supports that will help individuals re-enter their communities. The Resource Fair will include valuable providers such as Cabrini Green Legal Clinic, CTA, Cook County Health and Hospitals Systems, Community Renewal Society, Metropolitan Family Services, CAPS Inc, Phalanx Family Services, Safer Foundation, Target Area Development, The Chicago Urban League, Elite Staffing, NAEFI, Action for Children, Teamwork Englewood, UPS, S.O.U.L, Iman Central, Tread Chicago, Chicago Children’s Museum, City of Chicago, NLH partners and Universal Family Connection. The Summit is FREE and open to the public.
